About this role
Job Scope: • Perform onsite counter duty and follow up with telephone call ticket enquiries on application and court related processes. • Assist self-represented court users (public) in Probate, Mental Capacity Act or Adoption applications. • Process court orders or other tasks assigned within the Court’s stipulated timelines. • Process large number of applications filed via eLitigation system (probate work items) daily and support issuance of grants within timelines. • Manage fixture and hearing/case conference list effectively on a weekly basis. • Seek directions from Judicial Officers and follow up with applications within timelines. • Inform relevant parties timely on upcoming court sessions via the relevant channels. • • Support registry record management. Requirements: • At least 2 years of relevant working experience • Possess good writing and communications skills • Able to work under pressure independently as well as in a team • Able to interact with stakeholders across all levels within the organisation • Experience with eLitigation will be an added advantage Working Hours: Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Contract Period: 12 months Salary: $2850/month Location: Havelock Square EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
