About this role
Support administrative and operational functions with flexible remote work options, coordinating vehicle management, procurement, facilities, and office administration to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities • Coordinate company vehicle lease renewals, servicing, insurance, road tax renewals, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and operational readiness • Monitor and manage cash card, diesel, and petrol usage for company vehicles to control expenses and usage accuracy • Handle motor insurance claims and process accident-related documentation to support timely resolution • Manage procurement of office supplies, uniforms, PPE, name cards, and other operational items to maintain inventory and meet company needs • Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate purchases, deliveries, and service issues for smooth vendor relations • Coordinate facilities maintenance and office support services to maintain a safe and functional work environment • Manage meeting room bookings and office administration activities to support efficient office operations • Process supplier invoices, maintain accurate records, and handle administrative documentation to support financial and operational accuracy • Provide backup support for reception duties as needed to ensure continuous front-desk coverage • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned to support team needs Job Requirement • GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent qualification • Relevant experience in administration, operations, office coordination, or a similar role • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to perform administrative and documentation tasks efficiently • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to facilitate smooth operations and vendor interactions • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining confidentiality of company information
