• Develop research reports, briefs, and articles using clear and compelling data storytelling. • Design, implement, and analyse research studies and surveys to identify emerging labour market trends and gaps. • Provide advisory support on statistical, analytical, and modelling methodologies. • Track labour market developments and recommend innovative approaches to data analysis and visualisation. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure research outputs are accurate, relevant, and impactful. Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a strong interest in data analysis, numbers, and pattern recognition. • Minimum 2 years of experience in research, analysis, or data‑related roles. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to different audiences. • Self‑motivated, responsible, and highly detail‑oriented. • Exposure to statistical or analytical tools such as SAS, R, Python, or STATA. • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI). • Knowledge or experience in econometric or quantitative modelling is an advantage.
