Job Summary You will provide customer service by registering devices for diagnostics, assisting with enquiries, coordinating device check-ins, and delivering timely updates to customers, supporting smooth repair operations. Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly to create a positive and welcoming experience • Register customer devices accurately for diagnostic assessment to ensure proper tracking and repair processing • Respond clearly and promptly to customer enquiries about repair services and procedures • Coordinate device check-in procedures and communicate follow-up updates professionally to keep customers informed • Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily repair center operations efficiently • Participate actively in training sessions to enhance skills and improve service quality Preferred competencies and qualifications • Communicate clearly and provide attentive customer service to engage effectively with customers • Maintain a friendly, polite, and approachable demeanor to build customer trust • Demonstrate punctuality and responsibility in completing daily tasks reliably • Show willingness to learn new skills and adapt by stepping out of comfort zones • Follow instructions carefully and collaborate well within a team environment Other Information • Working Hours: 11am – 9pm • Location: Tai Seng (near MRT) • Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday • $10.50/hour • Availability on weekends and public holidays
