• Owned end-to-end delivery of compliance technology enhancements, coordinating across Compliance, Technology, Digital, and Operations teams to ensure solutions were well-aligned, prioritized, and delivered on time. • Tracked project progress, managed dependencies, and proactively addressed risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Supported UAT and release readiness to ensure solutions met compliance requirements and were fit for purpose. • Drove adoption through clear communication, structured change activities, and strong stakeholder engagement. • Participated in BAU compliance reviews to deepen operational understanding, identify automation and enhancement opportunities, and ensure solutions were grounded in real-world compliance needs.
