Redwoods Advance is seeking motivated individuals to join us as Sales Ambassadors. This role is specifically designed for individuals who thrive in face-to-face environments and are eager to master the art of professional sales and brand advocacy. Under our structured 6-month development plan, you will transition from foundational sales techniques to leadership, supported by dedicated mentorship and a clear progression path. Key Responsibilities & Learning OutcomesDuring this attachment, you will be trained to: • Represent diverse campaigns at islandwide roadshows and events. • Engage the public, handle simple enquiries, and build immediate rapport. • Conduct professional product / service presentations and assist customers with sign-ups and applications. • Manage booth logistics and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless event execution. • Assist in coaching new trainees (in later stages) to develop your supervisory and mentorship capabilities. What We Are Looking For• A positive, "can-do" attitude with a hunger for personal and professional growth. • Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel to various event locations islandwide. • No prior sales experience is required—the Development Plan is designed to train you from the ground up.
