Sales Coordinator (6 months contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, invoicing, and delivery coordination • Liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders • Verify customer information, order details, and payment accuracy • Monitor inventory levels to support smooth sales operations • Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution • Maintain and update sales data, customer records, and documentation • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and correspondence Requirements• Diploma in any discipline • At least 2 years of experience in sales support / sales administration • Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Additional Information• Location: Pandan Loop (West) • Working Hours: • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Why Apply?• Opportunity to gain exposure in a dynamic operations environment • Supportive team with structured processes • Potential for contract renewal based on performance • Interested candidates you may submit your resume in word format to jeremy.tang@quesscorp.sg.
