Job Summary A Sales Supervisor leads and supports a sales team by providing training, managing performance, building client relationships, and driving business growth through market research and policy enforcement. Responsibilities • Provide employees with necessary tools and training to enhance job performance and success • Build and maintain long-term business partnerships with key clients to support company growth • Analyze managerial reports to identify improvement areas and new market growth opportunities • Develop, implement, and enforce company policies on customer relations, sales techniques, and ethics • Design and deliver training programs for new hires and staff promoted to new roles to ensure readiness • Monitor employee performance to ensure achievement of goals and compliance with company policies • Manage and support a team to ensure effective job performance and operational efficiency • Review customer orders and inventory levels to guarantee fulfillment of customer needs • Conduct market research to discover new industry growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
