The rolesits within an agile delivery team focused on building scalable and secureapplications that support high-impact public sector initiatives. The successfulcandidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technicalteams to deliver customised solutions, integrations, and platform enhancementswhile ensuring strong development standards, documentation quality, andoperational stability. Key Responsibilities ·      Develop, customise, and enhance Salesforce-basedapplications using Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and declarativeplatform tools. ·      Work closely with business and technicalstakeholders to gather requirements, validate solution approaches, andtranslate needs into scalable technical solutions. ·      Configure and maintain platform componentsincluding users, profiles, roles, security settings, workflows, approvalprocesses, validation rules, and flows. ·      Design and implement custom objects, fields,page layouts, reports, and dashboards to support operational and businessrequirements. ·      Support system integration initiatives withexternal applications and enterprise platforms through APIs and automationtools. ·      Perform data migration and data managementactivities across CRM environments using standard migration and loadingutilities. ·      Participate in troubleshooting, code reviews,technical documentation, and optimisation activities to maintain platformquality and performance. ·      Contribute to ongoing platform improvementinitiatives while ensuring adherence to development best practices andgovernance standards. Job Requirements ·      Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforcedevelopment experience, with strong exposure to Service Cloud implementationsand enhancements. ·      Proven expertise in Apex development, Lightningcomponent development, and Visualforce customisation. ·      Strong understanding of Salesforceadministration and configuration, including security models, user management,workflows, and automation features. ·      Experience designing and configuring customobjects, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and relatedplatform capabilities. ·      Experience integrating Salesforce with externalsystems through APIs and related integration technologies. ·      Familiarity with CRM data migration activitiesand tools used for bulk data management and deployment support. ·      Ability to work independently, solve complextechnical issues, and communicate effectively with both technical andnon-technical stakeholders. ·      Salesforce Platform Developer certification isrequired. Exposure to OmniStudio or OmniScript would be advantageous.
