About this role
Job Scope• Provide cleaning services • Provide logistics support for school events, e.g., moving and arranging tables and chairs etc • Closing of school and keep school facilities safe and secure • Escort and supervise the Authority’s appointed term contractors who are carrying out facilities management services in the school • Check on the existing stock of cleaning supplies and toilet supplies and provide feedback to the Operations Manager for replenishment of stock • Carry out administrative roles (such as receiving and inspecting goods and/or services, compilation of delivery orders) to assist the Operations Manager; • Report building faults to Operations Manager • Any other operational support services duties as assigned by the Authority. RequirementsMinimally have at least a Primary 6 local school education or equivalent. Skill • The Personnel must know how to use the WhatsApp messaging application or equivalent to take photos for reporting of building faults to inform the Operations Manager. • The Personnel must be comfortable providing physical support for logistics setup during school events (e.g. moving tables/chairs). Experience • The Personnel should preferably have experience in working in cleaning jobs. • The Personnel should preferably have experience in working in customer-service related jobs. Personal Qualities • The Personnel should preferably be well-mannered and preferably have good interpersonal skills. Contract Period: 1 Jul 2026 to 30 Jun 2027 Working Arrangement: • Monday to Thursdays: 10.00 am to 7:00 pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break. • Fridays:10:30am to 7.00 pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break. • Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. • If the candidate is required to work beyond these hours or days, the candidate will be compensated with off-in-lieu Salary: $2,200 per month Location: Marine Parade EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
