Senior Executive/Executive, Claims Services (Healthcare) - 1 year Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in the supervision and management of medical insurance claims • Handle enquiries and correspondence of medical claims • Investigate and negotiate claims settlements & recoveries • Help or guide staff on difficult claims • Review claim files including monitoring of recoveries, setting of reserves and claims payment • Manage clients and intermediaries • Manage complaints • Train, guide and coach junior staff • Undertake any other duties as may be assigned QUALIFICATIONS • Tertiary education • Relevant qualifications in general insurance OTHER INFORMATION • Operating experience in Medical claims • Medical insurance knowledge • Claims technical know-how • Technical knowledge of underwriting including reinsurance • Conceptual skill • Communication skill • Negotiation skill • Coaching skill • Market awareness Please note that your application will be sent to and reviewed by the direct employer - MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd
