Role OverviewThis is a 6-month contract with a potential to convert to full-time for the ideal candidate. We are seeking a Senior Creator Producer to lead end-to-end creator production for a major client account while also designing the systems, workflows, and operational frameworks required to scale creator delivery across the organisation. This role goes beyond campaign execution. The core objective is to transform creator production from a project-based delivery model into a structured, repeatable, and scalable production engine. You will operate at the intersection of production, operations, and creator management, balancing delivery excellence with long-term system building. Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Creator Delivery (Flagship Account Ownership)• Own creator production across a large, complex roster • Oversee creator sourcing and selection with creator managers • Build and standardise briefing frameworks to improve output quality • Review storyboards, scripts, and final content prior to client submission • Manage production timelines, approvals, and stakeholder coordination • Ensure smooth execution of creator payments and operational workflows • Maintain compliance and review checkpoints while preserving creator authenticity 2. Build Scalable Production Systems (Core Focus)• Develop production playbooks, SOPs, and workflow documentation • Standardise briefing templates and review processes • Establish QA checkpoints and approval frameworks • Define SLAs for turnaround times and delivery standards • Implement compliance and disclosure processes for creator content • Build creator relationship management systems for knowledge retention • Create capacity planning and resource allocation models 3. Team Leadership• Manage and mentor creator managers • Set quality and delivery benchmarks • Review work and provide structured feedback • Improve planning, prioritisation, and execution discipline • Support resourcing across multiple accounts Candidate ProfileRequired Experience• 6–8 years in creator production, influencer marketing, content production, or agency delivery roles • Experience building or managing production workflows, SLAs, or operational systems • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems from sourcing to delivery • Prior people management experience • Strong stakeholder management across complex review environments • Excellent project management and organisational skills • Ability to balance speed, quality, and creator authenticity under tight timelines Bonus Experience• Producing content for technical audiences (developers, engineers, technical founders, or B2B tech communities) • Experience with niche or specialist creator ecosystems Success Metrics (First 6 Months)• Established repeatable creator production workflow for a flagship account • Improved delivery predictability and review turnaround times • Scalable operational frameworks implemented across accounts • Increased visibility of creator capacity and production throughput • Improved overall production quality and consistency The Talent People Pte Ltd.
