TEKsystems is hiring a Senior Project Manager – Business Change & Delivery to drive key transformation initiatives. This role will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery and work closely with business stakeholders to execute change initiatives, ensuring alignment across timelines, risks, and objectives. Key Responsibilities • Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and overall delivery across business change initiatives • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, documentation, and stakeholder alignment • Drive execution across cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress on schedule • Monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively resolving issues and removing blockers • Provide clear and structured status updates to stakeholders and leadership • Engage and influence business stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability without direct authority Requirements • 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager with full ownership of end-to-end delivery • Strong experience in project governance, planning/re-planning, and managing risks, milestones, and dependencies • Proven ability to step into in-flight projects and quickly stabilise delivery • Experience working in business-facing roles with strong stakeholder engagement • Exposure to financial services (e.g. asset management, wealth management, or investment banking) • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder influencing skills What You’ll Gain • Opportunity to lead high-impact business change initiatives within financial services • Exposure to complex, cross-functional transformation programmes • Collaborative environment working closely with both business and delivery teams We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
