About this role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules. · Customize and implement ServiceNow features, including workflows, forms, and dashboards. · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. · Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and integrations. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance. · Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and deployment. · Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades and new feature releases. · Document development processes, configurations, and procedures. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ITSM processes. · Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, Glide, and REST APIs. · Familiarity with ITIL concepts and methodologies. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: · ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer). · Experience with ServiceNow integration with third-party systems. · Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
