Semiconductor Lithography Equipment Field Service - Train team members on knowledge relating Semiconductor Lithography Equipment. - Identify root cause of troubles and provide relevant solutions. - Conduct training and create awareness on Semiconductor Lithography Equipment safety to all team members. Improvement of Semiconductor Lithography Equipment Service Revenue - Carry out customer’s equipment stable operation and improvement of functionality. - Work with customer to propose solutions to enhance productivity. - Conduct activities to further improve the division’s service revenue. Liaison with headquarter in Japan - Continue to build rapport and establish a good relationship with headquarters. - Report to headquarters in a timely manner. - Cascade and share information from the headquarter to team members. Job Requirement · Minimum 15 years of servicing experience in Semiconductor Lithography Equipment. · Possess regional experience in the required field. · At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering. · Possess good knowledge of Semiconductor Lithography Equipment. · Possess excellent written and verbal communication in both English & Japanese as this role will need to liaise frequently with head office in Japan. · Good project management skill. · Strong organizational and leadership skill. · Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
