About this role
Key Responsibilities • Independently gather and analyse customer service requirements, develop service proposals, establish cost models, and prepare final pricing submissions. • Review and interpret RFQs, and design tailored service solutions including engineering services, maintenance services, training services, spare parts services, managed services, and other professional services, ensuring proposed implementation plans are commercially viable and aligned with company standards. • Prepare and negotiate service commercial proposals in line with customer requirements and company profitability objectives, supporting contract finalisation. • Support relationship management for key service accounts, including customer satisfaction initiatives. • Lead and support pre-sales activities such as project meetings, workshops, technical clarifications, and tender submissions in collaboration with customer operational teams to drive service sales. • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure successful proposal development and service delivery planning. • To collaborate and communicate directly with regional and international stakeholders, counterparts, and customers worldwide, where effective communication in English is required for business operations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with major ICT or telecommunications vendors, including at least 2 years in service sales and/or service solution roles. • Experience in network optimisation, telecom rollout, or maintenance environments will be an advantage. • Technical familiarity with at least one of the following domains: • Fixed Network (e.g., DSLAM, FTTx) • • Transmission (e.g., SDH, PTN, Microwave, DWDM) • Core Network (e.g., PS, CS, IMS, HLR, STP) • Datacom (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) • IT Infrastructure (e.g., cloud computing, servers, storage) • Software / Digital Platforms (e.g., BSS, Smartcare, Mobile Money, OWS) • Data Centre Facilities (e.g., UPS, lithium batteries, modular data centres) • Radio Network (e.g., GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, RF planning and optimisation) • Proficiency in English is essential to ensure effective communication with regional and international stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers worldwide. • Ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams and organisational functions. • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with customers, internal business units, and third-party vendors. • Demonstrated ability to mobilise and coordinate internal resources to achieve business targets.
