Job Summary We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company’s online presence across multiple digital platforms, driving engagement and supporting branding and recruitment marketing efforts. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and audience engagement • Create engaging content including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos that align with brand identity and campaign goals • Plan and schedule social media posts and campaigns to ensure consistent and timely content delivery • Monitor and respond to engagement, messages, comments, and online inquiries to foster community interaction • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns by collaborating with the recruitment team on hiring promotions and announcements • Track social media analytics and prepare monthly performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategy • Stay updated with current digital and social media trends to continuously enhance content relevance and platform use Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field • Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools • Strong communication and writing skills demonstrated through content creation and audience engagement • Creative mindset with attention to detail in producing high-quality social media content • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, TikTok trends, and content strategies to optimize campaign reach and impact
