Job Summary We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company’s online presence across digital platforms, driving engagement and supporting branding and recruitment marketing efforts. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement • Create engaging content including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos that resonate with target audiences • Plan and schedule social media posts and campaigns to ensure consistent and timely communication • Monitor and respond to engagement, messages, comments, and online inquiries to foster community interaction • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract talent • Coordinate with the recruitment team to promote hiring initiatives and announcements effectively • Track social media analytics and prepare monthly performance reports to measure campaign success and inform strategy • Stay updated with current digital and social media trends to apply innovative approaches Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field • Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, TikTok trends, and content strategies • Strong communication and writing skills to craft clear, compelling messages • Creative mindset with attention to detail to produce high-quality content • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
