Social Work Associate (Community Mental Health Department)

Responsibilities: • Support any networking events with stakeholders such as government agencies, grassroots, and community-based organizations to raise awareness of mental health • Support mental health screening events to identify those who are at-risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and connect them with the right services for early diagnosis and treatment • Provide basic emotional and cognitive support to clients who are at-risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and/or their caregivers and link them up with relevant services based on their needs • Ensure proper maintenance of case documentation and timely submission of reports to external parties • Support the run of a caregiver support Requirements: • Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or other fields related to healthcare or community care • Preferably 2 to 3 years of healthcare/community care experience • Good communication skills (oral, written, bilingual) and interpersonal skills • A team player who can also work independently • Detail-oriented in keeping proper documentation • This position is on a contract basis If you are interested to join us, please apply via Fei Yue Career Portal.
