About this role
Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends, and rotation shifts as and when required. Key Responsibilities: • To provide day-to-day production support for the Client Connect users. • Identify root cause, corrective, improvement action, and track improvement action until closure in compliance with the bank standards. • Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders. • Able to take ownership of issues and follow through to closure. • Ability to provide continuous improvement initiatives and automating recurring tasks to reduce toil. • Work effectively in collaboration with different teams either local or remote. • To develop monitoring tools/alerts to for proactive actions • To communicate effectively and work efficiently with a group of people supporting both functional/technical areas. • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SDLC (application delivery) • Assist application teams in setting up SLI, SLOand Error budget for the system/s • Participate in Blameless Incident Retrospectives and follow up on action items. • Work with application teams for Observability, automating monitoring and auto remediation of known issues. • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
