Software Lead (Python)

Responsibilities • Develop automation scripts using Python (Pandas) and Selenium to improve operational efficiency • Query databases using SQL to extract and analyze data for troubleshooting and issue resolution • Create and optimize scripts and SQL queries to identify and fix technical problems • Apply problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to diagnose and resolve technical challenges • Collaborate proactively as a strong team player to support project goals and deliverables • Utilize knowledge of RPA tools like Blue Prism and UI Path to enhance automation workflows (preferred) • Leverage understanding of Java and J2EE to support development tasks and integration efforts (preferred) Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience with RPA tools such as Blue Prism and UI Path • Knowledge of Java and J2EE
