Sonographer

At Lifescan Medical & Wellness, the focus is on preventive care, supporting individuals through comprehensive health screening and early detection. Experienced Sonographers are invited to join on a part-time basis and contribute to a patient-focused screening environment. The Job• Perform general ultrasound examinations • Ensure proper patient preparation and positioning prior to imaging procedures • Produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical review • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of scans and findings • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements • Maintain ultrasound equipment and report any technical issues • Provide professional and patient-centric service in a health screening environment Requirements• Recognised qualification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent • Relevant clinical experience in ultrasound imaging (health screening experience preferred) • Accredited by the Allied Health Professions Council or eligible for registration • Competent in performing a range of general ultrasound scans independently • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Able to work independently in a fast-paced screening environment
