Location: Bukit Merah/ Jurong Job Scope: • Conduct speech and language assessments for clients during admission and periodic reviews • Design plans and conduct speech and language interventions for clients using evidence-based practices • Provide individual and group interventions for clients • Assist in the discharge planning and care plan for clients • Participate in case discussion with care team • Assist in the development and review of rehabilitation and wellness programmes for clients • Training and supervision of therapy assistants Job Requirements: • Min.
