Employment Type • Contract role (Maternity Coverage) • Estimated coverage period: September 2026 to February 2027 Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Staff Augmentation Manager to oversee workforce outsourcing operations and drive service delivery excellence across multiple client engagements. This role will manage operational performance, stakeholder relationships, vendor partnerships, and resource strategies while ensuring compliance, service quality, and business growth. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the key point of contact for staff augmentation operations across clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Manage end-to-end service delivery to ensure operational KPIs and service expectations are consistently achieved • Build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction • Oversee compliance with contractual obligations, internal governance standards, and regulatory requirements • Lead reporting and operational review activities, providing visibility on workforce delivery performance and resource utilization • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to support new opportunities and account growth initiatives • Advise stakeholders on workforce planning, staffing strategies, and recruitment approaches • Drive operational improvements, process optimization, and service standardization initiatives • Monitor market trends, industry practices, and workforce regulations to support operational planning • Manage partnerships with recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely resource delivery • Oversee financial aspects of the function including budgeting, invoicing, collections, and operational cost management Requirements • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related discipline • Experience managing staffing, outsourcing, managed services, or workforce operations • Strong stakeholder management and client engagement experience • Familiar with service delivery management, SLA/KPI governance, and operational reporting • Good understanding of workforce planning, vendor management, and recruitment operations • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, or operational financial performance is advantageous Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com with • Education Level • Working experiences • Each employment background • Reason for leaving each employment • Last drawn salary • Expected salary • Date of availability
