Employment Type • Contract role (Maternity Coverage) • Estimated coverage period: September 2026 to February 2027 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Augmentation Administrator to support workforce operations and resourcemanagement activities across project engagements. This role will be responsible for coordinating the full contractor lifecycle, supporting recruitment activities, managing operational documentation, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams, clients, and vendors. Key Responsibilities • Support end-to-end administration for outsourced and augmented resources, including onboarding, renewals, leave tracking, training coordination, appraisals, and offboarding • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to source and shortlist suitable candidates for project requirements • Assist in preparing and managing work orders, contractual documentation, and resource records • Maintain and update workforce and resource management databases accurately • Support budgeting, costing, forecasting, and resource planning activities • Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure timely invoicing and vendor payment processing • Prepare project and operational reports including manpower allocation, project status, and milestone tracking • Organize and support operational meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain issue logs • Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational processes, and governance standards • Provide administrative and operational support for new business requirements and ad-hoc activities Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field • Experience supporting staffing, outsourcing, workforce operations, or project administration functions • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills • Familiar with reporting, resource tracking, and operational documentation • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com with • Education Level • Working experiences • Each employment background • Reason for leaving each employment • Last drawn salary • Expected salary • Date of availability
