Job Summary Support student admissions and services by managing visa applications, fee registrations, contract completions, and communication of withdrawal and refund procedures, ensuring smooth student experiences and compliance with institutional policies. Responsibilities • Provide admissions support to students and recruitment agents to facilitate enrollment processes • Administer student visa applications to ensure timely and accurate submissions • Register students for the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) upon receipt of fees and issue fee receipts promptly • Ensure students complete the full contract process to maintain compliance with institutional requirements • Communicate clear and accurate information regarding withdrawals, deferments, transfers, and refund procedures to students • Oversee student services and coordinate student activities to enhance the student experience Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in any major with 2 years of experience in Private Education or related field • Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective interaction with students and agents • Proficiency in written and spoken English to accurately convey information and instructions • Ability to communicate in a second language is advantageous for engaging a diverse student community • Pleasant disposition to foster positive relationships with students and stakeholders
