Student Discipline Officer (Up to 4K | West)

The Opportunity Support School Discipline Management: Support the school’s overall discipline management, including the implementation of positive discipline strategies Assist with student case management (ie. investigation via interviews, CCTV; drafting reports) Manage students who are late or not accounted for Conduct regular patrols within/outside school grounds to maintain a visible presence to detect, deter, and report inappropriate activities School Operations and Student Supervision: Ensure student safety during school activities Support school events including Annual Run, Cohort Camps, Emergency Exercises and other school activities Assist in the review of safety protocols, security and emergency preparedness, facility maintenance, etc. Requirements • At least 5 years of experience managing youth in an educational or public setting • Degree in a related field • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (ie. strong conflict resolution skills) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Next Step Interested candidates click apply here or contact Isaac at wa.me/9639 6071 or isaac.tanye@adecco.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Tan Yang En, Isaac Direct Line: +65 6697 7884 EA License No: 91C2918 Personnel Registration Number: R24123927
