Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2026 to 31Jul 2027 with an option to extend the contract for another year Working hours: · Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break · Fridays: 7.30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break · Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Scope of Services: i) Perform on-ground discipline support - Promote positive student behaviour and assist with student management across the school environment. - Carry out duties including canteen supervision, detention monitoring, traffic management, and regular patrols within the school and its surrounding areas. - Oversee students placed on in-house suspension, ensuring adherence to school rules and meaningful engagement with assigned tasks. - Provide in-class support for students exhibiting behavioural challenges. ii) Administrative and communication support - Support student development key personnel in case management, including fact-finding, engagement with students and parents, coordination of follow-ups, and monitoring of student progress. - Assist the Discipline team in the day-to-day management of student discipline. - Assist the Discipline team in conducting home visits with school personnel and making follow-up calls to parents. - Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing daily activities at the in-house detention centre. - Conduct regular patrols of the school premises to maintain orderliness. - Participate in case management for students identified as at-risk - Conduct investigations as part of case management and submit the relevant reports. - Assist the Discipline team in maintaining student discipline during school functions and events (e.g. Speech Day, Sports Carnival, Level Camps) as and when required. - Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the relevant authority, including general administrative and office-related tasks. Qualification, Skills & Experience: · Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, a Diploma or a Bachelor's degree. · Experience: At least 2 years of experience in student administration, pastoral care, or youth management. · Demonstrates a high level of empathy and patience, with a strong ability to mentor and guide others. · Competent in Microsoft Office applications, data tracking, and report writing.
