The Opportunity• Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a Student Well-being Executive who supports students’ social-emotional well-being, discipline, and personal development by providing behavioural support, life skills programmes, and collaborative intervention with school staff and parents. The Talent • Preferably a Diploma in Care and Programme (Student Services & Coaching) or a related qualification. • At least 2 years of experience in student management, youth engagement, counselling, mentoring, or behavioural intervention. Job Description • Supporting students with social, emotional, behavioural, or attendance challenges. • Monitoring and engaging students during school hours, recess, and after-school activities to maintain discipline and positive behaviour. • Conducting student mentoring, walkabouts, and patrols within and outside the school environment. • Planning and delivering life skills programmes focused on resilience, emotional regulation, communication, and decision-making. • Assisting with student discipline cases, investigations, documentation, and follow-up interventions. • Facilitating restorative conversations and conflict resolution among students. • Working closely with teachers, parents, and school leaders to coordinate student support and welfare strategies. • Providing updates on student progress and supporting school programmes and parent engagement initiatives.
