SUBJECT TEACHER – YOUNGSTARTERS JOB QUALIFICATIONS: ·       At least 2 years of teaching experience in Pre-School or Early Childhood Education ·       Knowledge of early childhood development and play-based learning approaches ·       Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent ·       Teaching certification or early childhood qualification is an advantage ·       Strong classroom and behaviour management skills for young learners ·       Patient, nurturing, and attentive to children’s needs ·       Team-player, flexible, and able to multi-task ·       Passionate about continuous professional development JOB DETAILS: ·       Organize and deliver the subject(s) curriculum and programs ·       Plan lessons ang prepare learning materials and resources ·       Provide a positive learning environment ·       Ensure student’s well-being and safety ·       Engage parents for feedback on students’ progress and gaps ·       Monitor and document students’ learning progress and gaps ·       Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher ·       ECA/CCA and student support ·       Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management
