Supply Chain & Planning Assistant

Responsibilities• Ensure production schedules are executed according to plan, with timely coordination and delivery of raw and auxiliary materials • Support safe, efficient, and reliable production operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) • Identify opportunities to improve workflow and optimize processes to minimize material-related issues and disruptions • Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety standards and preventing incidents or accidents • Support smooth and stable plant operations by assisting cross-functional teams and carrying out additional tasks as assigned by the Production Manager Requirements• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage • Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful • Willing to work overtime when required • Willing to work at Jurong Island Celine Chua | EA Reg 26161036 | EA License No. 05C3451
