• MNC Company • Basic $3500 - $4000 + Bonus • Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression • Working location: Lorong Chuan • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am to 5.45pm) Job Responsibilities: • Handles end user requests for hardware and software for supported clients. • Troubleshoots technical issues and provides user support through timely problem ticket resolution • Updates, tracks, and maintains assigned support tickets • Escalates incidents and service requests as appropriate to ensure timely resolution • Maintains site documentation and maintenance records • Provides IT infrastructure support for warehouse and logistic projects • Contributes to desktop and laptop software upgrades and refresh initiatives • Work with third party vendors to resolve hardware and software issues. • Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant experience. • Experience in Azure cloud services, Intune device management, and Microsoft Copilot adoption is an advantage.
