About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain client relationships through business development and outreach activities • Manage client accounts and understand hiring needs to provide suitable recruitment solutions • Source candidates through various channels including job postings and referrals • Screen and assess candidates to match job requirements • Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to support ongoing hiring needs • Manage candidate experience including job matching, onboarding, and employment support • Handle administrative aspects of recruitment including documentation and coordination • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in any discipline • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Driven, proactive, and results-oriented • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: jen.ooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Jenalyn Ooi Huai Sian (R1765551) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
