About this role
• 3-8 years of experience in coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities. • Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors and candidates. • Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication of feedback and updates. • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in recruitment systems. • Manage onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements. • Follow up with vendors and hiring managers to meet hiring timelines. • Prepare recruitment status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Prior experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support is preferred. • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
