About this role
Perform verification and audit checks on HR benefits claims (e.g., medical and dental), including regular expense reviews. Liaise with external vendors to manage and resolve eCS card account issues. • Support payroll operations, including preparation of monthly salaries and bonus payments, payroll accounting, billing and invoicing, annual tax filings, and maintenance of payroll records. • Manage payroll-related billing matters with external organisations. • Handle complex payroll and claims queries from employees, line managers, auditors, and stakeholders, and prepare reports for management and audit purposes. • Contribute to digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and governance. • Support the team in new or evolving workstreams as required. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processes within the assigned portfolio. • Ensure timely and accurate updates of personnel, deployment, payroll, and claims data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, Excelity, Erideon, and Resource Management System). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, and IT on process improvements and operational enhancements. Requirements • Relevant experience in payroll, expenses operations, or compensation and benefits functions. • Familiarity with Workday and Excelity systems for payroll and expenses processing is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills. • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and tight timelines. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Singapore Citizen.
