About this role
Benefits & Claims Administration Verify and audit medical, dental, and other employee claims. Liaise with external vendors regarding eCS card account setup and issue resolution. Payroll Operations Support monthly payroll and bonus processing. Maintain payroll records and perform payroll accounting. Handle billings, invoices, and annual tax submissions. Payroll Billing & ReportingManage payroll-related billing matters with external organizations. Prepare payroll, claims, audit, and management reports. Process Improvement & Digitalisation Participate in automation and digital transformation initiatives. Improve operational efficiency, governance, and controls. System Administration Maintain accurate employee, deployment, payroll, and claims data in systems such as:WorkdayExcelityErideonResource Management System Documentation & Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain SOPs. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, auditors, managers, and employees.
