Job Summary This role involves troubleshooting hardware and operational issues, coordinating with workshops and vendors and ensuring smooth deployment and maintenance of equipment. It also includes testing new features, managing inventory and providing feedback to improve product performance. Responsibilities • Be the first point of contact for any hardware or product issues from internal teams • Check and troubleshoot issues reported by drivers, and suggest next steps • Escalate serious problems to tech or product teams when needed • Coordinate with workshops for hardware installation, repairs, and inspections • Manage and keep track of hardware inventory and replacements • Support workshop training and ensure processes are followed properly • Monitor and track recurring issues to maintain overall system performance • Help test new features or hardware before launch (UAT testing) • Work with internal teams and vendors to report and resolve technical issues • Provide feedback from operations to improve product and system development Requirements • 1 year experience in product support, hardware troubleshooting or technical operations • Comfortable working in office environment & workshop settings Other Information • Location: One-north (Transport provided from Buona Vista MRT & One-north MRT) • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm • Salary: Up to $4,200 Yana Norzamry | Personnel Registration No: R26160959 | EA Licence No.91C2918
