About this role
Job Scope: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers, including scheduling internal meetings, tracking marketing status of vacant units, preparing vacancy listing etc. • Handle all incoming general enquiries and correspondences, including emails, phone calls, and letters regarding e-bidding / tender procedures, unit availability and other related matters. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenants’ contacts, internal database, and other relevant documents. • Prepare letter of offers, tenancy agreements and other lease documents for new letting. • Retrieving archived documents for facts-finding and investigation works. • Follow up with tenants and prospects on the timely return of lease documents, rescheduling of signing appointment dates etc. • Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment. • Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required. Requirements: • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative, leasing, or customer-facing roles, preferably with basic tenancy and marketing knowledge. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), possess good verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate high accuracy in data entry and document preparation. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. $15/hour Mon-Fri office hours Contract Period: 3 months to 1 year EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
