• Track submissions on Banker’s Guarantee (BG), Annual Gross Turnover (AGTO), and licence fee as required by Facilities-Based Operations (FBO) and Postal Services Operations (PSO) licensees, and prepare reminder letters/emails where necessary • Assist team with digitalising the division’s information including files and developing a more efficient way of organising information for faster retrieval • Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as and when required for the division.
