About this role
Key Responsibilities1. Develop Retail Banking Product Propositions • Partner closely with Product teams to formulate compelling digital product propositions that meet customer needs and drive adoption. • Conduct small-scale experiments and pilot initiatives to assess market acceptance, gather insights, and continuously iterate solutions to achieve desired business outcomes. 2. Design Data-Driven Customer Journeys • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct customer immersion sessions, understand customer needs and pain points, and design seamless digital experiences across multiple touchpoints. • Drive customer-centric design by analyzing customer feedback, conducting market research, and adopting industry best practices to deliver efficient and intuitive user experiences. • Study customer profiles, segmentation, and transactional behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. • Engage directly with customers where necessary to gain deeper insights into problem statements and uncover business opportunities. 3. Drive Online Channel Growth and Digital Adoption • Develop and implement initiatives to increase online acquisition and channel share through digital platforms. • Analyze internal data and customer behavior trends to identify opportunities for enhancing digital penetration and adoption. • Collaborate with Product and Business Analytics teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at the right customer segments. 4. Lead Personal Investing Initiatives • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end development and implementation of retail banking initiatives within the personal investing space, from onboarding through fulfillment. • Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and customer insights to recommend product and process enhancements. • Support post-implementation activities, including user training, issue investigation, production support, and escalation management to ensure smooth operational performance. Requirements • Strong understanding of retail banking products and digital banking ecosystems. • Experience in customer journey mapping, digital product development, and stakeholder management. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities. • Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities. • Familiarity with personal investing products and customer acquisition strategies will be advantageous.
