Job Summary Manage end-to-end HR support by partnering with business leaders on hiring needs, handling recruitment and employee queries, and ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience. Also support HR strategies, projects, and process improvements aligned with organisational goals. Responsibilities • Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide HR support • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, coordinating interviews, onboarding) and ensure a smooth candidate experience • Address employee queries and day-to-day HR matters • Support HR initiatives and strategies aligned with company goals • Assist in ad hoc HR projects and process improvements Requirements • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders • Works well both independently and as part of a team • Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated • Proficient in Microsoft office applications • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiplepriorities Other Information • Location: Scotts Road • Office hours • Salary: $20-$22/hr Yana Norzamry | Personnel Registration No: R26160959 | EA Licence No.91C2918
