About the Role Join a dedicated healthcare team focused on early detection and prevention of diabetes-related foot complications. In this role, you will play an important part in safeguarding patients' mobility and quality of life through diabetic foot screenings, patient education, and timely referrals to healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities • Conduct diabetic foot screenings and assess patients for potential risk factors and complications. • Identify risk levels and recognise conditions requiring further assessment or intervention. • Refer patients with identified concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals, including doctors and podiatrists. • Educate patients and caregivers on proper diabetic foot care, prevention strategies, and self-monitoring techniques. • Accurately document screening findings and maintain clear patient records. • Adhere to infection control standards and professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements. • Support health promotion and community outreach initiatives related to diabetic foot health and preventive care. • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care. Requirements • Min. O Levels / NITEC / Diploma • WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Services will be an advantage, though not compulsory. • Service-oriented with a genuine interest in patient care and health education. • Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills. • Good organisational and time management skills. • Comfortable working independently as well as within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Willing to travel between healthcare facilities and work on Saturdays as part of a 5.5-day work week.
