About this role
• · Lead end-to-end implementationsof Workday Adaptive Planning (workforce, financials, capital, and reporting). • · Partner with finance andbusiness stakeholders to define planning, forecasting, and modelingrequirements. • · Design complex financialmodels, assumptions, versions, and driver-based planning frameworks. • · Build and optimize sheets,levels, dimensions, and dashboards. • · Develop integrations betweenWorkday Adaptive Planning and source ERPs (Workday Financials, SAP, Oracle,etc.). • · Support UAT, go-live, andpost-production stabilization. • · Provide thought leadership onplanning best practices and performance management transformation. • Required Qualifications • · Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field. • · 3–8 years of experience inFP&A, EPM, or financial systems consulting. • · Hands-on experience withWorkday Adaptive Planning implementations. • · Strong understanding ofbudgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. • · Experience working with financestakeholders and senior leadership.
