About this role
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with deep expertise in Workday Financials to lead and support the implementation, integration, and enhancement of Workday Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Workday integration frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and compliant financial solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and contribute to the implementation of Workday Financials, including configuration, testing, and deployment. • Design and develop custom integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). • Collaborate with finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial reporting standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide ongoing support. • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning. • Document technical specifications, integration designs, and support procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 8–12 years of overall software development experience,with at least 3–5 years in Workday Financials. • Strong hands-on experience with: • Workday Financials Implementation • Workday Studio • Core Connectors o EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) • Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields • Solid understanding of financial processes such as AP, AR,GL, and Procurement. • Experience in integration development, data mapping, anderror handling. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
