Location: Woodlands Working Hours: Tuesdays: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM (7 sessions) Wednesdays: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (8 sessions) Thursdays: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM (7 sessions) Contract Duration: 21 July – 17 Sept 2026 (22 sessions; 66 hours in total) Salary: UP $29 / hour Provide targeted one-on-one mentorship and support to at-risk students through structured engagement sessions, focusing on their personal, emotional, and academic development. Responsibilities: • Conduct individual 1-hour engagement sessions with up to 10 students and deliver 3 sessions per week (3 hours each) • Provide tailored guidance, mentorship, and support • Develop and submit a structured programme outline with key topics and activities • Cover areas such as well-being, academics, conflict resolution, and goal setting • Maintain reflection logs to track student progress • Conduct fortnightly meetings and updates with the teacher-in-charge • Prepare and submit regular reports and programme deliverables Requirements: • Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in Counselling, Social Sciences (Social Work), or other related fields. • Prior knowledge, skills, and experience in engaging youths of varying abilities, including at-risk behaviour, as well as experience in planning and facilitating youth-related activities or programmes. • Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience in counselling, social work, or related youth support roles.
