1 Year Claims Assistant Manager (Personal Accident) | Up to $4000 #NKA

Location: Raffles Place Duration: 1 year contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6 Salary: Up to $4000 + 1 month bonus Job Responsibilities: • Assess and approve Personal Accident (PA) claims within turnaround timelines and authority limits • Review medical, financial, and supporting claim documents to determine claim eligibility and reserve adequacy • Handle end-to-end claims assessment, investigations, and closure • Liaise with medical institutions, policyholders, agents, and internal stakeholders for clarification and supporting documents • Ensure accurate policy interpretation and fair claims decision-making • Monitor pending claims to ensure timely resolution and proper closure • Identify claim trends, unusual practices, and recommend process improvements • Provide professional, empathetic, and timely communication to customers and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Job Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Insurance Certificate, or qualification in Insurance/Healthcare or related discipline • 3–5 years of experience in Accident, Health, or Life Claims • Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical practices, ICD/CPT codes, and insurance policy wording • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ability to assess complex medical information • High attention to detail and accuracy in claims assessment • Proven ability to manage high claim volumes while maintaining quality and turnaround timelines Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
