About this role
Job Scope • Build and maintain relationships with religious organisations, community groups, and key stakeholders • Coordinate and manage community engagement programmes, initiatives, and events • Work closely with government agencies, vendors, and community partners to support programme delivery • Support strategic planning and implementation of engagement and outreach initiatives • Monitor engagement targets, track stakeholder activities, and prepare reports and updates • Coordinate meetings, dialogues, learning journeys, and community engagement sessions • Manage programme administration, documentation, registrations, and stakeholder databases • Support publicity, communications, and content updates for engagement initiatives and microsites • Assist in crisis preparedness, capability-building, and social cohesion programmes • Analyse feedback and recommend improvements to strengthen programme effectiveness • Support national events and community partnership activities • Ensure timely follow-up on stakeholder matters and operational coordination • Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates using Microsoft Office applications • Perform any other administrative and operational duties assigned by management Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Community Development, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields • At Least 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment account management or client relationship management. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across different parties • Good organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment • Experience in community engagement, event coordination, or government-related projects will be an advantage • Comfortable handling reporting, tracking, and operational coordination tasks • Team player with good problem-solving and follow-up skills EA Personnel Name: Jackie Ng EA Personnel No: R22109024 EA License No: 95C5411
