Job Description We are looking for a proactive, technically skilled, and warm AV, ICT, and Media Executive to manage and support audio-visual systems, media production, and digital literacy training at a local secondary school in Woodlands. This role bridges technical execution with classroom support, helping both staff and students confidently adopt educational technology. Key Responsibilities • AV Infrastructure Management: Maintain, troubleshoot, and routinely inspect classroom and hall AV hardware (projectors, mixers, PA systems, smart boards, and wireless setups). • Event Operations: Set up, test, operate, and tear down AV and live-streaming equipment for daily morning routines, assemblies, hybrid meetings, and school events. • Media Production: Conduct photo and video capture using school equipment; direct and edit high-quality media content using software like iMovie, Canva, and Adobe Suite. • Student Device Support: Administer and manage student Apple iPads and school accounts via Apple School Manager and Device Management Applications (DMA). • Training & Lesson Delivery: Plan, design materials, and deliver digital training or elective workshops to students and teachers covering videography processes, Google Workspace, and Canva. • Inventory Tracking: Log and document school ICT/AV asset lifecycles, warranties, and staff device loans. Job Requirements • Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Media Production, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience managing ICT systems, AV infrastructure, and video/image editing. • Compliance Requirement: Must be an actively registered MOE Coach/Instructor (or possess a valid registration status eligible for deployment in schools). • Technical Skills: Well-versed in iOS device management, DSLR/mirrorless camera handling, video editing tools (iMovie/Premiere Pro/Final Cut), and Google Workspace. • Soft Skills: Ability to multitask and perform under high pressure during live school events. • Preferred Attribute: Prior experience working in an MOE school environment or conducting classroom training is highly advantageous. Working Hours & Location • Location: Woodlands, Singapore • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break). No weekends or public holiday duties.
