Mon to Sat - 8.30am - 6.00pm Job Scopes: • Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising 3D BIM Models throughout the project life cycle using BIM software and ensure its accuracy • Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information provided by the client/designer • Ensure integrity/ quality of the models, achieve the drawing submission schedule • Generate documentation and reports for BIM Models • Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication • Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation • Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage, monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes • Any ad-hoc modelling tasks assigned by the BIM Manager. Requirements: • Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction / MEP or equivalent. • Well versed in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Naviswork and BIM Authoring Tools like Revit. • Min 2 years of experience in Architectural / Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects in Singapore. • Fluency with collaboration and data management solutions like BIM Collaborate Pro and BIM 360 Docs • ABLE to commitment weekends when requirement
