About this role
Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into client-ready solutions across SaaS, market intelligence, and financial services accounts. Support enterprise account engagement by preparing insights, reports, presentations, and solution materials for client discussions. Conduct sales funnel, campaign, and customer engagement analysis to improve retention, activation, and revenue opportunities. Maintain CRM data, client profiles, lead qualification information, and account activity records to support business development teams. Coordinate CRM migration, process improvement, and data clean-up activities to improve client visibility and operational efficiency. Work with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to support renewals, upsell opportunities, and customer success initiatives. Track client feedback, service issues, and engagement metrics to recommend improvements in customer experience and account management processes.
